Oh hellooo there. You know, just another Sephora sale here!! Sephora has really been doing the most this year by finally having more than one sale. Does that make this one less special? Maybe? But holiday collections are here! I’m actually not going to pick much up this go around in an effort to use what I’ve got — BUT if I were, these are all the beautiful things that would be on my wishlist. When I first started this blog I did a post on how to best approach the sale (which I whole-heartedly still agree with) and last year I did a post on some super bomb cruelty-free beauty products, so check those out if you’re looking for even more recommendations.
Literally Anything Tatcha.
Is there a more perfect brand out there? I’ve never used a Tatcha product that I wasn’t immediately sold on, which just makes me want to try more from their collection. They released several holiday sets this year for all different skin types and concerns. Y’all know I’m obsessed with their Water Cream and the Violet-C mask is one of my holy grails. 2020 needs to be all about treating our skin with the love and respect she deserves, so let’s just go ahead and get started on the right foot, okay?
Shiny Things.
Anyone else need all the shiny things? I’m currently loving the shade Boli from the Carli Bybel palette mixed with the Charlotte Tilbury Bar of Gold palette. But you know, more is more! The Milk Flex Highlighter looks like a dream and I never picked up the Benefit Cookie highlighter that the internet lost its’ mind over. BUT the Artist Couture Diamond Luxe Luminizers are sadly being discontinued, so if you want to feel like a bright beaming goddess here’s your chance!
Fenty Forever.
RiRi can do no wrong, so it’s no surprise she wins at the holiday set too. I’m sure the Glossy Posse set will sell out pretty quickly since her lip gloss formula is everything! This set includes 5 mini glosses with 4 new shades and of course, the beloved Fu$$y. I’m personally most interested in the mini gloss and highlight set, and yes that lip gloss is also a different limited edition shade, $weet Mouth. So we probably need both, right? Right. Enough said.
Monochrome Life.
I feel like monochrome packaging and products have really been having a moment since CoverFX put out their blush highlighter duos that were selling out everywhere for a hot minute. I’m most interested in trying out Patrick Ta’s new blushes and lip liners. She’s Adorable and She’s Sincere shades have my name written all over them. If that’s not your vibe, the Hourglass face and blush palettes are holiday classics that give you a little more variety for the money!
All The Palettes.
How have there been so many incredible palette releases lately? I don’t know about y’all but there are so many I’m dying to try. I’ve got my eyes on the 6th installment of the Mothership palettes from PMG. I still want to pick up the Jackie Aina palette from ABH and DEFINITELY the newest Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde drop. I’ve never tried anything from Lawless, but their Little One palette is so cute and looks like such a great staple – for only $25 it’s really tempting me. I recently picked up the new palette from Tati Beauty and the Carli Bybel palette (highly recommend!!), so I think I’m going to take a pause to enjoy those before adding more to my collection.
Let’s talk Dyson.
If you’re going to get one big budget tool this season, maybe consider investing in a Dyson. The dryer or styler are both great investments depending on what you’re looking to do. I feel like mine cuts my drying time way down, and I love knowing I’m not damaging my hair so much. Honestly, I figured this would be something so overhyped I’d be returning it, but now I get it!
Are you picking anything up this go around or saving your coins?? It’s going to be a real struggle, but I’m going to try to just keep to restocking my go-to foundation and mayyybe one of those Fenty sets. Don’t forget!! If you can’t get your hands on something, so many of these brands have awesome sales around Black Friday too.
